Little Things I've Loved This Week #30

Little Things I've Loved This Week on Ginevrella Lifestyle Blog

This has been a very blog-focused week for me. Seeing as I've got more free time now than I'm likely to have again for a long time, I'm try to make the most of it! I've got lots of posts lined up and have really enjoyed having time to engage with other bloggers. I've also been out and about a bit this week which has been nice - I love a little exploring! Here are the little things that have made me smile this week...

Positive blog feedback. There have been some really lovely comments and tweets this week and each and every one has made me smile. I've been trying to put extra effort into my writing and photography recently, so to hear that people are enjoying it is definitely something I've loved!

More baby animals - last week it was ducklings, this weeks it calves. I spotted this little cutie while out exploring the grounds of a country house. Reason number 947 why I should live in the countryside.

The Teacup Club on Twitter. I haven't made it to any of their chats yet, but I have taken part in a couple of 'meetings'. These are a really lovely idea organised by @smile_sugar. Essentially all you have to do is leave a link to one of your blog posts, then go and comment on the posts other people have shared. It's nice to make a bit of time to properly read some new blogs and to leave some thoughtful comments, and to receive some in return :)

Taking more photos. Since treating myself to a new camera I've been really inspired to get out with it and practice. I've really enjoyed taking it along on days out this week and getting to grips with the settings.

Finding a flat to move to at the end of the month. I hate flat hunting - I find it unnecessarily stressful and I never really know what to be looking at when I visit, other than obvious disrepair and whether it feels right or not. So I was pleased to have finally got it sorted, finding a lovely little flat that sounds perfect for me to spend the next year living in!
